LEBA UK Power Indices Terms and Conditions
In consideration for LEBA and the contributing brokers listed below supplying and co-ordinating the data from which the indices are compiled, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither LEBA nor the contributing brokers:
- Give any warranty that the indices or graphs of the indices are accurate, complete, of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose or will meet any requirement; or
- Accept any responsibility or liability for the frequency or provision of the indices or any use made of the indices by the subscriber whether or not arising from the negligence of LEBA or the contributing brokers; or
- Shall be liable for any economic or other indirect or consequential loss or damage including, without limitation, loss of business or profits.
- The indices are calculated from the data supplied by the following brokers: Tullett Prebon (Europe) Ltd, GFI Brokers Ltd, ICAP Energy, Marex Spectron Ltd.
